Trip: All things went at a realistic pace.

Service: We found the trip exceptionally worthwhile with the exception of the last meal. I can not remember the name of it. It was supposed to be very up market however the pork on our table was raw and 5 out of 5 sent it back to be cooked. Another table just ate the edges of theirs. I got minor food poisoning from it as I only7 had one mouthful before noticing it was not cooked. we had completed the survey before entering the restaurant as we thought it would be as good as all the others. Best regards Nic
