Trip: Very good itinerary! Not too long and not too short.
Service: We took away one star because we had to spend some time trying to persuade Luxury Gold to provide us the airport arrival pick up service due to we flew in the night before and stayed at an airport hotel. Because our flight from the West Coast would arrive late at night, we wanted to fly in the night before in order to attend the Welcome Dinner. We first tried to book the pre-night with Luxury Gold but was told the hotel was sold out. Hence we had to book the pre-night on our own and stayed at the Hilton Toronto Airport Hotel. The next day we planned to go back to the Toronto Airport to get the arrival pick up service, as if we had flown in that day. Luxury Gold first did not want to offer the pick up service until our travel agent took time to talk to Luxury Gold. How is that for a so-called Luxury Gold Trip?

Trip: Itinerary was fine. There was a lot of things to see, except I would have appreciated an earlier dinner time.

Trip: Days were were planned and we loved the different cities.
Service: The arrival transfer (from the airport to the hotel) on the first day caused us a problem. The contracted company in Toronto never showed up and we needed to call them. Add to that we needed to walk a very long distance with our luggage to get to the company pick-up car.

Trip: Niagara on the falls was a brilliant stop and could have a little more time. Niagara was of course a highlight. All cities visited were great however maybe a little more information on sights to see in your own time would have been useful. Perhaps even some outline on how to use local transport to your advantage.
Service: Well organised, great tour director, great bus driver. Good sightseeing, hotels possibly at little over the top. Had young children on trip and as we were near them each day found them somewhat annoying, would suggest limiting having children on such a trip.

Trip: The Luxury coach should have 2-doors, not only one infant. All UK/EU have 2-doors, middle and front. This makes getting off and on the coach easier. Also, the Indulgence Eastern Canada tour itinerary have only 1-night stay in Montreal. It should be 2-nights and 1-night in Ottawa. Montreal is a bigger city and loads to see, explore and do but not enough time. Over-all the trip is very good and would definitely recommend it.
Service: An excellent tour over-all, highly knowledgeable tour director, well planned itinerary, and excellent hotels.

Trip: Not enough time in Montreal

Trip: Some real highlights and overall very good . Thought guide in Montreal lacked charisma.
Service: Great trip and fabulous luxury accommodation and great host/ Although Coach was new no way can you call it a luxury coach as seats smallish and no great comfort.. Max was very knowledgeable and created a good feelings and interaction amongst guests although seemed to take awhile to happen . Suggestion is handing sheets out with everyones name and home country and state on arrival creating conversation triggers.
