Trip: I have been looking at a number of itineraries from various travel companies and I picked Insight Luxury Gold because of the contents of the itinerary. I like luxury when we travel, expecially in India. Road travel is the only concern.
Service: We did not know until I contacted Creative Tours in Delhi that there were only four people in the Group including myself and my wife. It is good that they went ahead with the Tour with a small group. Because of the small group we did not have a Traveling Concierge, but Creative Tours had their representatives meet us at each location, which was a new experience for us, having travelled with Insight Vacations on seven occasions previously. Creative Tours did a pretty good job. We had a reliable and experienced driver which was a plus. Of course Roads in India was not up to the Western standards which was a disappointment. For the additional Tour of Kerala and Mumbai we had a Traveling Concierge who did not speak the local language. Insight Vacations may have to rethink about the mode of transport in India, as traveling by roads is tiring and risky. Would suggest travel by train or air, although this may increase the cost of the Tour. ,
