Trip: The itinerary included several experiences that were things I originally felt a little unsure of (i.e. - cooking class, Prado art museum) but because they were so well organized and explained before hand by Sara I enjoyed each one above and beyond my expectations. Good Job
Service: The most important factor in any trip is the relationship with the Concierge traveling with you for 2 weeks. Sara Tuppen Veloso made the experience feel personal and inclusive. Excellent customer service.

Trip: More interactive moments (like the cooking class) and more free time in Madrid/Toledo. Some hotels were great locations, confining rooms. The Westin in Madrid was my favorite with Lisbon a close second.
Service: Customer service online was responsive. I did not interact over the phone, or in person until tour began.

I totally hated bringing along a jacket and a tie for one event. That was the worst . For me it really annoying. Please re do that event. We could have toured the opera and gone somewhere even back to the hotel for a glass of cava. We certainly did not have to view that special area.
Service: Hotel were al wonderful
