Trip: Looking back we covered a very large amount of Spain and Portugal in a relatively short amount of time.

Service: Sara and Helder were very attentive to our needs. They were very pleasant and worked to make sure we had a memorable vacation.

  • 23 May, 2018

Trip: The itinerary included several experiences that were things I originally felt a little unsure of (i.e. - cooking class, Prado art museum) but because they were so well organized and explained before hand by Sara I enjoyed each one above and beyond my expectations. Good Job

Service: The most important factor in any trip is the relationship with the Concierge traveling with you for 2 weeks. Sara Tuppen Veloso made the experience feel personal and inclusive. Excellent customer service.

  • 23 May, 2018

Trip: Perfect in every way! Couldn’t have asked to be treated any more special!

Service: Sara & Helerd made our journey seamless. They were there for us 24/7! The hotel arrangements were all so different in style and beautiful as well as comfortable. The tours selected were outstanding! I will be definitely traveling with Luxury Gold again. Tanya my travel consultant with Vacations to Go was “spot on” when she suggested that I would love this trip!

  • 08 November, 2017

Trip: The program was well planned and provided an excellent experience of Spain.

Service: The program was excellent. Our guide Emma was fantastic and treated everyone with respect and kindness. She was instrumental in making our experience a memorable one.

  • 08 November, 2017

Trip: Interesting and informative; however, some local guides provided too much detail/commentary. Not enough evening meals included and most meals were of poor quality.

Service: Attentive, friendly, professional and customer centric.

  • 08 November, 2017

Trip: included all the places I hoped for!

Service: good itinerary, good hotels although Barcelona's location was too far out of city. excellent tour director Emma. fun activities. local guides -some good, some not so good. would have liked a smaller group (we had 38 or 39)

  • 26 October, 2017

Trip: I was pleasantly surpised with the places visited.

Service: The whole tour was great. I will.

  • 25 October, 2017

Trip: Great places to visit. Would have liked to spend more time in Merida and Toledo and less time in Evora. Maybe Porto instead would have been better.

Service: Excellent travel concierge - Emma Holmes

  • 25 October, 2017

Trip: More interactive moments (like the cooking class) and more free time in Madrid/Toledo. Some hotels were great locations, confining rooms. The Westin in Madrid was my favorite with Lisbon a close second.

Service: Customer service online was responsive. I did not interact over the phone, or in person until tour began.

  • 22 October, 2017

Trip: A couple of days were too long I felt they could have been split up better. That way we would have had more time to enjoy the area. I totally hated bringing along a jacket and a tie for one event. That was the worst . For me it really annoying. Please re do that event. We could have toured the opera and gone somewhere even back to the hotel for a glass of cava. We certainly did not have to view that special area.

    Service: Hotel were al wonderful

  • 20 October, 2017

Service: All things advertised in the travel brochure for Spain and Portugal were delivered on the trip, plus more side trips and other little enhancements that were not advertised. The Tour Director was terrific; very knowledgeable, great personality, multilingual and very accommodating!
