    TRIP:
    SERVICE:

Trip: Scenery too breathtaking to minimize by words. Tour director (Ben) and the bus driver (Owen) superior in knowledge, personality and tips to make the best of our experience.

Service: It would have been a five star but the service we received at the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel spoiled our stay. Had to do two requests in order to receive a level 2-3 star hotel experience. The first room was next to the elevators and we heard constant sounds of roller coasters, knocking and bangs. When we called at 9 PM they offered us ear plugs, then they came up with a room they said was nice around 9:30 PM. They moved us to that room. It was the size of a postage stamp, the tub was non-draining, the shower curtain had pink mold and the bed had the worst mattress I ever experienced. Finally unable to sleep I went to the lobby @ 3:30 AM and asked the clerk to please do something. He gave us a small room but it was clean with a comfortable bed. My husband did not appreciate packing up for a second time and moving our belongings at 3:30 AM to move yet again to another room. Definitely an experience well below a "luxury" experience. It would have made the bus experience better to have tables that dropped down like they do in airplanes. Additionally it would have been nice to have more meals included.

    TRIP:
    SERVICE:

Trip: I believe the itinerary was very good up until the last two days. It seemed to me that these days were only used to return to Vancouver. I am sure that there must have been something that could have been added. I did take the option of not using the Rocky Mountaineer, it seemed rather expensive.

Service: Yes, I would buy from them again if the itinerary suited what I wanted to do.

    TRIP:
    SERVICE:

Trip: It's all about planning and travel directors was extremely knowledgable and helpful

Service: The hotels offered had scenic locations but non of the rooms offered the same, at times we had to pay for upgradation to either get harbour rooms or lake view rooms, secondly we notice a lot of travelers were senior citizen age bracket of 65 to 80 and we really could not relate or make a conversation.

    SERVICE:

Trip: Great hotels and excursions and incredible tour director Nancy Wanstall and courteous skillful driver Martin. Indescribable scenery.

Service: Nancy Wanstall was an incredible tour director who gave 200 percent. She is an amazing communicator with a passion for Canada. The long days on the bus flew by as she and Martin entertained us with information, music , videos, and wit. They were such a treat! We are still basking in the afterglow as we review our pictures and tell others about our wonderful trip! This was our sixth trip with Insight. The bus just glided along the mountain roads.
