Service: The entire journey went off without issue. Guide was wonderful and handled everything that popped up..

Trip: If by purchase you mean the tour itself, the tour was fantastic and well worth the cost of the tour. The climb for the tiger's nest was difficult but rewarding. it is a difficult climb for anyone with poor exercise tolerance or who have a disability. But one has the option to skip this.

Service: overall, everything was well done and the local and main guides were excellent. the insight person for Nepal was overshadowed by the other guides, and was a bit too indecisive, but no enough to be a negative. For example, rather than asking when we should meet, he should have taken a more definitive approach, like we will start at X oclock. anyone have an issue with that time? There was incident that could have been handled a bit better, but the insight tour guide from Bhutan made it work. One of the accommodations was switched for the one indicated on the tour sheets. Both were luxury hotels, but the substituted one was rated by trip adviser as greatly overpriced. The origiinal one was raved about by trip adviser. Accommodations do need to be substituted at times, but the substitution is typically more transparent. Tour members had no idea until they wondered why the facility was so unimpressive and discovered that it was different than the one they had listed. Apparently the oriiginal one backed out of the contract or something and a new one was booked, and one understands this happens, but typically this is done in a transparent way. In the end, the guide did his best to make it right.
