Service: The tour was excellent! All hotels were very good–Hotel Leela Palace Udaipur was excellent.1 or 2 hotels not very good The tour concierge Mr Virendra is very knoligibel about India and the other country.

Trip: We loved the itinerary. However, we wanted the opportunity to add Varanasi & Khajuharo with Insight. Unfortunately, although we asked, the option was not offered (like you do for Petra that can be added to Israel). We had to continue our journey with *competitor comment removed by Feefo* which provided a very good service.

Service: Throughout the tour, the experience was seamless & flawless. The quality of the hotels was exceptionnel. Staff were very professionnel & courteous. The food provided was excellent. The Dinner in the dunes was excellent & memorable. Our group was the best group one would want to travel with.

Trip: Would like some down time mid tour.

Service: Efficient and timely tours. Very knowledgeable guide. Loved every tour except one to see clay pottery. The tour to fabric warehouse was phenomenal! Also the last hotel was exquisite and hard to leave. One thing, guide needs a distinctive coat or scarf or hat or something. Too frustrating trying to look at surroundings then not be able to find him easily.

Trip: Everything I could have wished for.

Service: Our guide Rajeev was extremely helpful and informative. The bus driver VJ was brilliant. I was amazed at his driving skills. We were able to see extra things as we drove from place to place. I really got a feel of India.

  • 14 October, 2017

Trip: Great however, I would include a guided tour into a slum and have a local be the guide. The village tour was incredible. That trip should include more of being and doing as the locals do. Another important thing was that most of our hotels were away from the city and eating dinner out was a problem. I think that more lunches and in particular more dinners should be included in the price as this is an expensive tour.

Service: Service was superb. Both the guide and driver were very approachable and went out of their way to make this an incredible journey.

  • 30 September, 2017

Trip: This tour gave us an amazing insight into the history of India, but also to life today. The hotels were outstanding, world class 5 star. Our every need was catered for and the staff in t he hotels the most outstanding in all our years of travel

Service: This was an extremely well organised tour. Our tour guide, Devindar, was the most professional and knowledgeable guide. We were so lucky to have Dev to care for us and guide us through our Imperial Rajasthan tour. Our bus driver deserves a medal for his skill in taking us through cities, villages and country roads in our large comfortable bus.
