Trip: We would have been happier with cruise if there had been someone from Luxury Gold on the ship. We also found that the excursions were very expensive on the ship. We would have preferred the excursion costs to be included in the overall cost at the beginning. As far as the "Road Trips" were concerned I believe we have already covered this in previous comments. Five Star for the road section and Four Star for the cruise although we did greatly enjoy both. Gerald & Diana More
Service: The trip was well organised and our concierge was very thorough and made sure everyone was well prepared for each day's events. The longer bus travel days were broken by some special events at the rest points which were very welcomed by the travelers. The accommodation was first class in particular the Fairmont Hotels. All hotels were within walking distance of the tourist attractions. We would certainly travel again with Luxury Gold. We found Jen a delight to ravel with. Gerald & Diana More.

Trip: Lots of interesting places our guide was very knowledgeable and always caring and pleasant.
Service: The Itinerary was well thought through. All the accommodation was lovely, I would have liked to stay closer to the old city in Montreal and maybe have more stops in the smaller towns for lunches.
