Trip: Walking the Old Quebec City tour was difficult.
Service: I would recommend Luxury Gold offerings but I have some mobility issues and do not think that the walking over cobblestones in the Old Quebec City tour is safe for handicap people and this was not stated in any description of the tour. Also my friend and I were assigned to rooms with no hot water in Ottawa and Quebec City. (The rooms were at the end of very, very long halls.) We asked for a handicap room in Montreal, were assigned to a room in the middle of a long hall which could hardly be classified as a handicap room, the water was warm, not hot, very low toilet as did the other hotels, and still had a deep bathtub instead of a shower. The treads in the tubs were slippery so I used a towel to cover the slippery surface. The ship had very low toilets, knees above the hips, so if the tub had not been close to pull myself up, I would really have struggled to get up. Heather Andrews was an excellent tour guide, friendly and attentive to everyone's needs and Eugene, the bus driver, was so friendly, helpful and good. The stewards on the ship, Try and Hermann, were excellent too. Overall it was a wonderful trip, met all my expectations and I got to see everything that I wanted to see. I liked the free time that we had as well.

Trip: I felt that many of the points of interest on the tour were not exclusive and shared with crowds of people. visiting Quebec on 2 occasions was not necessary as we were shown the same things and visited the same places as the land component. perhaps another city could replace Quebec or extended times spent in the other cities included in the tour. there was a mix up in our accommodation on the first night which was embarrassing. the tour guide, Heather, rectified the problem for the remainder of the tour
Service: while most of the aspects of the tour were great with an excellent tour guide, coach driver and accommodation, I felt that it didn't quite meet my expectations of a "luxury gold" experience.

Trip: I especially enjoyed the combination of a land tour of the great cities in eastern Canada and a cruise to the Maritimes to view Canada's natural beauty. I wonder, though, why the cruise did not include a stop at New Brunswick.
Service: First-class hotels, dining, tour guides, and optional excursions

Trip: The need to run the water at the Frontenac in Quebec for almost 30 minutes to obtain hot water for showering was a disappointment and a waste of water
Service: Service was as good as expected

Trip: Loved the richness of the hotels and the unique restaurants plus the down to earth stops for lunch at a market, etc. which made the Canadians cities memorable for me.
Service: They were available to answer phone questions asked by my travel rep.

Trip: The tour was almost perfect but we would have like 2 nights in Montreal.
Service: We have been on coach tours before but we thought this is the best we have experienced. The tour guide, Max Donaldson was extremely knowledgeable with a wonderful sense humour who treated all his clients the same. The coach was extremely comfortable and we had a very experienced driver Eugene. The tour was well organized and ran smoothly and gave a relaxed tour.

Trip: Top cities with history galour and enough free time to rest or shop' .
Service: Enjoyed having vouchers for transportation (taxi) as opposed to van or bus service. Large bus for the group was spotless, lots of leg room, comfortable cooling and seats. Tour directors Max was a gem with much insight on cities visited. Wasn't too talkative. Hotels were luxgurative and well located.
